- Tube repair. Or, you bring correct tube, Thorsen will replace it for you.
- Charge for parts only.
- Unable to work on most proprietary Big Box Store bikes, including Walmart's.
- Encourage you to take ebikes to the bicycle shop where they were purchased. Exceptions: Giant, Bianchi and some Bromptons.
